EPAG awards prize to the customer registering the 10.000th .eu domain

Within the next months EPAG Domainservices expects the 10.000th registration of a .eu domain. In order to celebrate this event, the EPAG customer who makes the 10.000th registration of a .eu domain will be the winner of a 500 € voucher from Mydays.
Four years after the start of the sunrise period the interest in .eu domains is still undiminished. So far, 9,500 .eu domains have already been registered at EPAG. Thus, the 10.000th registration under the European top-level domain is about to be made and EPAG came up with an idea to celebrate this event.
The EPAG customer who registers the 10.000th domain under .eu will be the lucky winner of a 500 € voucher from Mydays (www.mydays.de), the online seller of gift experiences. But even any other person, who will register domains under .eu during the period from October 1, 2009 to the 10.000th registration, will benefit from the campaign! Every participant will get a 10 € discount code for Mydays.
All companies based in Europe and who would like to show their open mindedness towards the European Union, may register domain names under the European top-level domain .eu. Owning a .eu domain, you may establish your European identity on the Internet – and at the same time you have the opportunity to get your desired domain!
According to the responsible registry, over 3 million .eu registrations have been made so far. A major part of these domains has been registered in Germany. The Netherlands, Great Britain and France are next in rank.
